500ml (thx, Tyler B.!) at Matt's. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is a bit sour with fruity notes. Similar taste, quite smooth. Ok.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of orange sherbet indeed, with lacto, and light acidity. Flavour is loaded with orange sherbet, lots of tartness, and lots of lacto. Tastes as advertised, without too much sweetness, and lots of lacto. Solid.

Cloudy, quite pale. Thin head. On the nose, it shows both lactic notes and orange juice. On the palate, you get the sugars, the lactic notes, and the orange juice. So it fits the name, but it's not really going anywhere past that, so not a ton of depth or nuance.

Enjoyed in July at the brewpub. Pours a lightly cloudy, more hazy golden-yellow with a white head that is small, but has decent lacing. The pears do come out nicely over the witbier aromas with mild fresh hops. The hoppiness of the IPA comes out more in the taste, but smoothly. Nicely dry mouthfeel. A nice smelling pear fruit beer, but with the white beer and refreshing dry IPA in the flavours.

Bottle with wax over cap for their 1st anniversary. Pours a cloudy red colour with a pink creamy-frothy head, good stay and some creamy lacing. The aromas are a nice balance between the Brett earthiness, alcohol and wood notes, over the fruit. The taste shows sourness, but not as strong as expected. The blackcurrant again is nicely blended with the wood and milder hops. Quite well-brewed and goes down smoothly.

Had it on tap at their 1st year anniversary party and loved it so much, went back to buy a 4-pack. Pours a cloudy golden-orange colour with lots of sediments, which seems like yeast. The head is creamy, long lasting with creamy streaks. Full citrus nose with oranges, grapefruits, tropical fruits without the grassiness. Even hints of strawberries. Not too dry. Kind of silky mouthfeel actually, so goes down nicely. The taste is more on the citrusy side with the juices and zests. One of my favourites so far from this brewery, and probably one of my best DIPAs. Here's to another year!

Full hazy golden-yellow colour with a warmer cap, average retention and some mild lacing spots. Belgian ale yeast aromas with banana notes and hints of spices. The taste is well-balanced between a light citrus hoppiness and the wheat banana notes. A nice mild Belgian ale with a decent touch of bitterness in the finish, and the wheat in the middle.
