Pours a hazy golden colour a little orange hue. Big frothy white cap, good retention and dirty foam lace. Orange juice nose with some yeasty notes. The taste is also orange juice, but milder with just a hint of hops in the finish. A tad dryness in the mouthfeel. Some pineapples come out in the smell with mangoes. Quite a juicy Pale Ale that is nice to drink, as summer approaches.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours a hazy light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and lots of foamy lacing. Earthy Brett nose with some decent Saison citrus notes. The taste has more of the Saison notes, but not fully grown up, maybe soften by the Brett. No fresh hops, no full citrus and Belgian Ale yeast. Citrus is here, but very mild with even milder earthiness. A decent intro to Brett beers to the newbies, I guess. For myself, kind of tired of this Brett fad, so this is kind of nice to blend with a Saison. Just wish this part was bigger.

Looks like orange juice with a small soapy head. Smells like orange juice with the hops that give out zest bitterness. This bitterness is smoother in the taste, blended with the citrus, so again nice orange juice. If some mango in here, not too strong, but balances things. A nice dry finish with hints of spiciness that warms up and lingers. A juicy IPA with a tad more bitterness than most Vermont style IPAs.

4-pack of cans from the brewery. Pours a hazy golden colour with a fizzy off-white head that goes down like pop, leaving nothing. Aromas are mild, but well-blended with the sourness, lemon notes and hints of grassiness. The taste is stronger with all of these nice flavours found in the nose and some light salts to balance things. The finish is short, but all-around, this is a nice easy-drinking dry-hopped, sour ale.

On cask, special first brewing at the brewery. Not a dark as the original, so dark brown with a beige head and some light lacing. Beautiful chocolate chips and vanilla aromas. The taste is slightly more chocolate than the original one, with light vanilla in the finish. Hints of Jameson whiskey lingers, well-balanced with the bitterness of the hops. Very nice !

Enjoyed a pint at the brewery. Pours an almost black colour with light cola highlights, a creamy nitro head, good retention and nice lacing. Soft oatmeal aromas over the roastiness of the malts. Hints of molasses and kind of milky notes. The mouthfeel has a nice mild dryness. Roasted malt taste with fruity notes, molasses and coffee with nicely blended hops in the finish. A little mild on the oatmeal, but a nice well-balanced nitro stout overall.
