Uklar gul med hvitt skum. Lukter ananas og søt appelsin. Ananas, grapefrukt og appelsin i smak. Bra med bitterhet. Rett og slett en god Ipa.

Can: Poured a gold color Kolsch with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with subtle residual sugar notes and light dry floral hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of dry floral hoppy notes with clean cereal notes and subtle residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Well made beer with good refreshing factor.

O:5.44 V:2.6 G:7.31 C:4.15 G:14.15 T:33.65

Can: Poured a hazy bright yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy floral undertones notes with some juicy hops notes. Taste is a mix of juicy hops notes with some hoppy floral hops undertones with some citrusy notes with light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice hoppy NEIPA but body could have been fuller.

Can (22/03/22) pour from trade with Johnnnniee--thanks, John! It's an opaque, milky yellow with tons of sparkle, finger-plus width white foamy head with excellent retention and nice rings of lacing. Aroma is strong tropical fruit, grape and citrus. Taste is strong grape and herbal/vaguely metallic over tropical fruit and hint of citrus. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with mild lingering bitterness. Overall, you can call this a New Zealand IPA but it is a very good representative of the juicy, NEIPA style (even at 5 months!). Well done!

(473ml can from a friend) Pours lightly hazed straw yellow with a thick white head that fades with spotty lace. Aroma of lightly skunky floral passionfruit, dried flowers/potpourri, stone fruit, semi-sweet grapefruit, crackery cereals, some bready almost autolytic/smoky yeast hits. Flavour is very dry with a hint of residual sweetness and a tone of acidity (though hardly sour); leading notes are dried flowers, passionfruit, lemon, white grapefruit, quite crackery malt, lightly skunky and bready tones I associate with yeast profiles of brut IPAs, finishes near bone dry, floral lightly peppery bitterness, yeast, grains. Light to medium-bodied, above average filling carbonation. A nice brut IPA where the floral aspects of Galaxy are well-expressed; not my favourite style but it is well rendered here.

(473ml can from a friend) Pours clear pink-red with basically no head. Aroma is definitely raspberry sour candy, with a tingling lemony lactic vibe and something landing between crushed fruit/juice and powdered sugar, underlying slight doughy cereal hit. Flavour is quite light and definitely on the Ocean Spray juice end of the spectrum with again a tingling powder candy feel and a little lemony lactic hit, quite mineral and very crispy with sutble bready cereals and a light fruity berry finish. Light bodied with fairly high carb. Feels a bit like Ocean Spray cut with Perrier, though with a bit of the powder candy feel the beer is targeting. Solid and refreshing if not particularly complex.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours rather cloudy gold with a decent white head that is stable and leaves lace. Notes of pithy pale citrus (grapefruit, lemon, lime), leafy/grassy soft bitterness, some bready malts with a touch of cereal or even toast, some sweet ester/sugar boosting the middle up, drying finish with leaves, citrus pith and a touch of resin. Medium-bodied, oily, moderate carbonation. Decent enough but I expected a lot more pop. The can seemed a bit tired despite being ~5 weeks old, maybe not stored well at the depanneur.

O:6.85 V:5.0 G:4.8 C:3.5 G:11.9 T:32.05
