Since we were children, we’ve yearned for our own special place.

A cardboard box fort; a cubby under the stairs; a flashlight under the covers. As we grew up, we slept in tents under trees. We bought campers and took road trips. We rented cabins in faraway places and gathered with friends. We made memories.

The humble cabin represents the ultimate escape. A home away from home. A respite from the stresses of work and the regularity of everyday life. A place to be yourself.

Cabin Brewing Company embodies that feeling. It is a place to make new memories. It is your new special place.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy yellow-gold with yeast chunks that sink to the bottom and a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick patches of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready malt, oats, mango, pineapple, papaya, peach, orange, grapefruit peel and earthy yeast. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, oats, grapefruit peel, orange, apricot, peach, mango, pineapple, papaya, piney hops, earthy yeast and warming alcohol in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and average carbonation. Very bold and juicy.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy pink-amber with a medium, fizzy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of tart cherries, bready malt and earthy yeast. Sweet flavour of bready malt, cherry, cinnamon, vanilla and earthy yeast in a dry, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink.

Pours a cloudy red-brown with floaties and a medium, creamy, long lasting, tan head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of bready caramel malt, candied sugar, raisin, fig, plum, clove and earthy yeast. Sweet flavour of bready caramel malt, candied sugar, cherry, plum, fig, raisin, earthy yeast, clove, a hint of chocolate and black pepper in a dry finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and average carbonation. Flavourful and easy drinking.

sweet tons of tropical fruit gummy bears in the nose. Very dank, tons of over ripe mangoes. Low carbonation low bitterness. Excellent when I had it on tap at the brewery and going with that score. I did pick up a can because I liked it so much and drank it at home the next day, it was down a notch from what I had at the brewery.

tons of cherries, milk chocolate and nuts. Malty, abv well hidden. Smooth. Needs more aging, but still pretty solid. Not too sweet.

pitch black color. Nice nuttiness and dark chocolate in the nose. Semi sweet with a pastry like character with lactose, roasted malt. Smooth. Low bitterness.

medium brown color. No head. Lots of oak, vanilla, sweet bourbon. Low carbonation, tons of bourbon. Smooth, malty. Rounded. Alcohol well hidden. Very bourbon forward. Nice, but the underlying beer didn't shine that much
