The flavour is moderate sweet and liqourice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, biscuit, bready, light liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. There are surprising similarities between this and the Lychee Pale Ale would you believe! Maybe they used the same yeast??

The flavour is light sour, with a smooth, herbal, lychee, light floral, bready palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Actually rather interesting when I never expected it to be!
