473ml can. Pours a hazy yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves sticky curtains of soapy lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, orange, pineapple and light herbal hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango and pine needles in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a slightly creamy, oily texture and average carbonation. Juicy and tasty.

Basically black. Thick head. Aroma is orangey first, and a bit minty. Quite chocoately, medium bitterness, medium body. That roasty accent comes through nicely, though I'd prefer that the orange jumped out a bit more. Pretty good.

473mL can, pours a deep dark brown with a medium tan head. Nose has plenty of roasted malt, reasonably potent earthy hops, and a touch of dry cocoa. Flavour is pretty bitter, with a solid roasted malt base with quite bitter earthy hops. Great balance, with great roast and ample hoppy bitterness. Surprisingly excellent.

Medium brown-black colour with a fairly thick head. The aroma on this has a coffee note, maybe a whiff of smoke. Medium body, fairly dry in the finish, which brings out that coffeeish complexity. Only a little bit of residual sugar, but it's pretty well balanced. Pretty well made, if you think of it more like a dry black ale...I don't really think this captures what a good lager should feel like but it's a solid beer.
