Pours a fairly clean, dark brown colour with some copper-amber highlights. The head is warm light-beige, frothy, decent lasting and leaving some spots of soapy lacing. Aromas of mild smoked malts with the roasted barley light base. hints of coffee. Thinner mouthfeel with flavours of roasted malts, a tad smokiness. Some dark fruits, molasses lingers smoothly. A decent smoky, Schwarzbier that is well-brewed if you like these two styles.

O:7.21 V:4.43 G:8.57 C:4.75 G:14.5 T:39.46

Lightly hazy, bright yellow colour with an amber hue. Orange-lactose aromas with a touch of sourness. The sour touch is stronger in the taste, with a tad tart lingering. The head is white, fizzy, disappearing quickly with no lacing. Some articles through it. A nicely balanced, sour, creamy-lactose, blood orange - light beer.

Darker brown with ruby highlights, clean, with a beige, frothy head, long lasting and leaving some light, foamy lacing. Roasted malt base aromas with a touch of nuttiness, as the Macadam gives out buttery notes. Some mild dark fruits as well, after breathing. The cacao comes out a little in the flavours, with the roasted barley and hints of molasses. The mouthfeel is pretty wet, but does have some nice building dryness. Not sure the Macadam nuts do work alone with a Porter, and maybe more cacao would help.

A very slight haze, golden colour with a small white cap, average stay and a ring of foam left around the glass and on top of the brew. Big straw malt aromas with some hoppiness, and a touch of berry. The malt is milder in the taste with the hops still pretty present, giving some grassiness. The blackberries does linger with the light bitterness of the hops. This makes this beer not feel like a light one, but a fruity, blonde and hoppy beer.

Darker amber colour with some golden highlights, a creamy light-beige head, good stay and some decent lacing. The nuttiness of a brown ale is felt in the nose with hints of Amaretto, chocolate. Some mild sweetness in the taste with the chocolate-nutty notes and hints of coffee-vanilla lingering. A nice Double Brown ale with chocolate-nuttiness dessert fun.

Dark brown colour with ruby-copper highlights, a big frothy warm light-mocha head, good retention, leaving some foamy lacing clouds. Big roasted malt nose at first, coffee, but then - the cacao comes out. Some nice bitterness comes out of this. The roasted barley is what continues mostly in the taste, with the chocolate notes being subtle. Hints of caramel malts, blending the dessert part, but not overly sweet. Not getting much of the saltiness - which I was hoping to get. All-around, still a nice Stout with cacao notes, and the hops well-balanced.
