Clean, golden colour with a creamy-frothy, fizzy white head, staying longer than expected and a thin coats the brew, with a few small lacing spots. Freshly squeezed limes for aromas with some saline touch. The taste shows some nice sourness with hints of coconut. The lime juice is present the whole way. A tad tart is left on the tongue, with mild saltiness. A nice Double Gose with the Margarita feel.

Pours a clean, darker amber colour with a frothy, light-beige head that lasts for a while and gives creamy-foamy lacing. A nutty nose with dark, fruity, roasted malt base. Herbal, grassy hops kicks int. Gets a touch hazy as it pours. The mouthfeel is wet with a good drying mouthfee, but smooth all-aroundl. Some tart from the nuts is left. Not a bad brown ale with the real hazelnut giving this a nice touch.

Puissants arômes de noisettes grillées presque torréfiées. Touche de cassonnade, de chocolat et de mélasse. Liquide brun assez limpide aux reflets cuivrés. Mousse moyennement mince, effervescente qui ne tiens pas. Accents torréfiés de noisettes en entrée de bouche sur une carbonatation très vive. Notes de caramel, de cassonnade, de mélasse, de chocolat mais le tout sous domination de grillé et surtout atténué par une carbonatation très forte. Les houblons sont plutôt feuillus et l’amertume assez basse. Les noisettes grillées du conditionnement contribuent à donner une torréfaction supérieure aux Brown Ales traditionnelles. Intéressante. Lightly hazed, bright golden colour with a creamy white cap, lasting a while and leaving full creamy lacing. Cereal grain malt nose with the corn flakes. The corn is a little more apparent in the taste, but still with decent cereal notes. A silky smooth mouthfeel with enough dryness to not linger on the tongue and be syrupy. Quite a nice, smooth Cream Ale with the nitro rounding things.

Can: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a very small dark brown foamy head with light retention and minor lacing notes. Aroma of black chocolate notes with some hazelnut with some warming alcohol notes. Taste is also a mix of black chocolate notes with some hazelnut notes with some warming alcohol notes. Body is full with medium carbonation and warming alcohol notes. Not the best from this ice-series line of beers but interesting nonetheless.
A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light licorice, light chili, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice bitter chocolate with coffee grind, musty character, light chili, cacao, pleasant. Can at Bières et Saveurs de Chambly 2023.
