Clean, light-golden colour with minimal carbonation, but a white frothy-bubbly head that lasts a while and leaving some thick-foamy lacing. Spicy malt aromas with nice, fresh herbal notes. The taste shows the Pilsner spiciness malts with some decent grassy, dry finish. Lemon hints lingers. A good Italian Pilsner that goes down well.

Brown colour with amber highlights, lots of particles floating around, a creamy light-beige head, very long lasting with creamy-thick lacing. Roasted malt aromas with notes of dark fruits, molasses and cocoa powder. The oranges are felt in the taste with the peel giving some nice dryness. Chocolate malts linger with the roasted barley. A smooth, silky mouthfeel overall, but with the dry finish. A good, smooth oatmeal stout with a touch of oranges and light cacao.

L’olfactif nous présente du maïs légèrement sucré et assez prononcé. Des houblons floraux sont également au programme. Dorée et limpide avec une mousse de faible épaisseur qui ne présente aucunement les caractéristiques d’un conditionnement à l’azote. En bouche, le maïs fait amplement le travail avec un sucré évident. Notes de flocons d’avoine, de miel, de bonbons jujubes, de caramel et de toffee caractéristique d’un taux de DMS élevé. L’amertume est assez faible et la finale laisse trainer des sucres maltés. Le corps possède une amplitude assez élevée et la texture est très veloutée rendant justice à son appellation de Cream Ale. 473ml can. Pours a clear amber red with a small, foamy, short lived, beige head that laces. Aroma of toasted caramel malt, dark chocolate, earth, nuts and coffee. Sweet flavour of toasted caramel malt, hazelnut, tobacco, earth and coffee in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Flavourful and easy to put back.

Clean, golden colour with a creamy-frothy, fizzy white head, staying longer than expected and a thin coats the brew, with a few small lacing spots. Freshly squeezed limes for aromas with some saline touch. The taste shows some nice sourness with hints of coconut. The lime juice is present the whole way. A tad tart is left on the tongue, with mild saltiness. A nice Double Gose with the Margarita feel.

Pours a clean, darker amber colour with a frothy, light-beige head that lasts for a while and gives creamy-foamy lacing. A nutty nose with dark, fruity, roasted malt base. Herbal, grassy hops kicks int. Gets a touch hazy as it pours. The mouthfeel is wet with a good drying mouthfee, but smooth all-aroundl. Some tart from the nuts is left. Not a bad brown ale with the real hazelnut giving this a nice touch.
