Dark brown colour with some ruby-copper highlights, a frothy warm, light-mocha coloured head, decent stay and a few lacing spots. A smooth, roasted malt base with some light sweetness giving some chocolate notes. Getting a little too much grassy hops at first, but it does blend in and calm down with time. Seems to turn into some coffee touch. The taste is mildly sweet with dark fruit notes and just a tad biscuit. caramel - more than custard. I would not know that this is a Nanaimo bar Imperial Stout, but a decent dessert Strong Stout it is.

Dark brown colour with a copper-ruby highlight, a light beige head, good stay and creamy lacing left. Roasted malt base with raisin notes and hints of coffee, chocolate. The taste has this and a touch of vanilla from the oak barrel. Decent cacao lingers overcoming the raisins - which is fine with me. The mouthfeel is creamyish with some nice building dryness. The alcohol seems pretty well-hidden for 10.3%, so not a bad Bourbon Imperial Stout with good drinkability.

(Can) Pours hazy golden amber with no head. Aroma is citrus with some metallic notes. Medium body with bright carbonation. Good and interesting taste. Sour but not overly so. Plenty of orange. This is joined by some nice lactic notes and some subtle sweetness in the mid palate. Very enjoyable.

A very slight haze, very light golden colour with a big white cap, long lasting and leaving full lacing patches. Nice, fresh citrus (oranges, limes, lemons and grapefruits) aromas with some good sourness. This continues into the taste with the sour notes surpassing the citrus, with a touch of saltiness and tartness in the finish. Quite a refreshing Gose with a nice blend of many citruses, sourness, salt and tart.

Caramel-amber colour with a slight haze, some golden highlights, a nice creamy-frothy warm-pinkish off-white head, good stay and lots of lacing sticking all-around. Getting a little more blueberries in the nose than the blackberries, with some booze notes. The blackberries take over in the flavours with a nice blend of vanilla softness. The alcohol seems pretty well-hidden in the taste, and the sourness, mild tart shows up. Some coconut aromas do appear with time. A nicely growing, fruity, Milkshake and vanilla stronger brew.

Dark brown colour with some copper-ruby highlights and what looks like tiny articles through it. A warm-beige head, creamy-frothy, decent lasting and leaving a foamy ring and some lacing spots. Grounded coffee aromas over the roasted malt base with hints of molasses, raisins and even apples. A tad whiskey and cacao also appear. The molasses notes pipe up in the taste, with the coffee blending in. Some nice mild bitterness with a good drying finish, where a touch of grassiness shows up. The alcohol is nicely hidden, and the mouthfeel has a nice thick-smoothness. Quite an easy-drinking, 11% Imperial Stout with blending coffee and more.

Dark brown colour with ruby highlights, a big, creamy, long lasting, warm-beige coloured head - leaving some nice creamy lacing. Fresh roasted malt aromas with a touch of herbal hoppiness. The mouthfeel is oily at first, but changes right away into a very drying finish. Lots of grassy hops lingering, over the roasted malt Quite a dry, bitter and very hoppy stout. BAM!

Dark brown colour with a ruby highlight, a big warm-beige creamy head, good retention and nice web-cloud lacing. Coffee aromas blended with roasted malt and molasses notes. Good bitterness in the taste with the mix of coffee, roasted malt and hops to push this. Also getting some plums all over in here. Coffee, tart lingers on the tongue. A pretty good Coffee Imperial Stout that offers a touch more.

Dark brown colour with a fizzy-frothy, warmish beige head that stays just a bit, leaving some tiny spots of lace. Roasted malt base with some nutty notes, chocolate, mild molasses with a touch of peppers-spiciness and wood. The spicy ancho-chipotle peppers are not too strong, just creating a tad building heat in the finish. The coconut is lighter, blended with some mild bitterness from the roasted barley. Not getting much vanilla. Hints of wood lingers on the tongue. A decent Imperial Stout with a few interesting notes, but not spicy like their Habanero version they brewed, which was pretty good.
