Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with light retention and minor lacing notes. Aroma of black chocolate notes with some strong green pepper notes and some coffee notes also perceptible. Taste is also a mix of black chocolate notes with some overly dominant green pepper notes, some dry floral coffee notes and a dusty dry finish. Body is below average with medium carbonation. Flawed beer.

This has to be an infected bottel. Tart and sour - almost vinegary - with a hint of caramel.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color porter with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing. Aroma of intense peanut butter notes with some chocolate malt and light dry roasted malt notes. Taste is a mix of intense peanut butter notes with bitter roasted malt notes and black chocolate notes. Body is light with good carbonation. Overwhelming notes of peanut butter makes this barely drinkable.

Cloudy gold with a large foamy white head that lingered. Musty and tart with mango, papaya and passion fruit. Long finish. Medium body.
