Lightly hazed, golden-orange with lively carbonation, an off-white fluffy-bubbly head, long lasting and foamy-soapy lacing clouds are left. Aromas are quite juicy with orange juice, tropical fruit notes and blended grassiness. Citrus flavours and a herbal touch continues in the taste. Particles do fall in the brew near the end. The mouthfeel is slick, juicy with a decent building dryness in the finish. Quite a nice full juicy, citrusy, lightly hopped IPA.

Can: Poured a deep brown color ale with a medium size brown dark beige foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with some unrefined grain notes and residual sugar. Taste is also a mix of deeply caramelized malt with some unrefined grainy notes and residual sugar. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Below par for the style.

Slightly hazy, light golden colour with a fizzy white, bubbly head, average stay and a few spot of bubble around the rim. At first pour, lots of yeast comes out, but then, the Saaz hops appear with the cereal malts. The taste has these two as well, a little stronger with some lightly sweet grain malts and the spicy hops. Kind of like a richer Euro Pilsner, but decent all-around. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Fergie’s Classic Pilsner on 05 Mar 2020 at 06:16 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. This scotch ale poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, light tan head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, light whiskey, banana and a very hint of paint thinner. First swig was thick and sweet with a mild alcohol warming. Flavours of molasses, malt, brown sugar, toffee, alcohol and a bit of the whiskey barrel. Finish is slick, sweet and boozy with toffee flavours lingering.

Can: Poured a hazy bright yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of juicy citrusy hops notes with some light bitter notes and floral hops undertones. Taste is also a mix of juicy hops notes with some floral hops undertones and a semi-dry finish with light bitter notes. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Enjoyable juicy IPA with less residual sugar notes than most other examples of the style.

Can that pours a slightly unfiltered golden-amber colour with a frothy, kind of creamy, very light-beige coloured head, good retention and leaving some creamy thick lacing all-around. Cereal grain malts with the caramel ones that shine and some decent hops to balance out the sweetness. The taste shows the grain upfront, but still mild as for a lager, with hints of caramel, fruitiness and grassy hops. An easy-drinking well-balanced Oktoberfest.

473ml can that pours a hazy red-pinkish colour with a fizzy pink-white colour disappearing quick enough, leaving a few tiny bubbles on the contour. Lots of berries in the nose which gives a strawberry aromas blending the blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. Yeast, sugar and vanilla hints. The taste is sour with the berries. The tart is not so much on the tongue, but big in the finish taste. A decent tarty, berry, sour ale.

Very slightly hazed (getting hazier at last pour, with particles) amber colour with a golden hue. The head is frothy, warm light-beige with decent retention and some foamy lacing. Dark fruit nose (plums, raisins, dates) over caramel malt base, mild alcohol and hops. Pretty much the same for the taste with the fruits and caramel, toffee. The alcohol seems well-hidden with just a tad warming in the end, with the hops creating a dryness to cut the sweetness. The finish seems to get a little stronger as it goes, but overall - goes down smoothly for a Wee Heavy.
