Dark brown, chocolatey aroma. Toasty, has a nice touch of smokiness. Light acidity, moderate bitterness. Holy shit this comes together. Highly drinkable, complex, approachable. So satisfying.

Light and bright, mellow, some berryish hop, low biscuity malt. Doesn't come across as extra hoppy.

Pale amber. Quite fruity, marmalade, membrillo, that processed fruit thing. On the palate it’s bitter, with big up front citrus, pear, gooseberry. Complex as hell, and the amount of ekg in this…damn.

Cask days 2015.
Typical of a citra single hop ale, the hops are up front as are big on citrus, particularly grapefruit. Huge amounts of citrus oil aromas with some floral leafy hop cones. Finish was low on bitterness, and the flavour was a tad muted. Citra are more for aroma I find and less for flavour. There was subtle notes of citrus, but the finish ends up being quite grassy, and green.

Golden colour, with a medium cask bubble. Juicy, very drinkable. Lowish bitterness, and a bit of a berryish fruity profile of yeast/hop.

Pale gold. Thin head. Light juiciness, a bit of crackery pale malt. Medium bitterness. That English yeast character in the finish is nice.
