Brilliant orange-brown colour. Aroma of fresh crystal malt, toast, demerara sugar, earthy hops, whiffs of cigar smoke and olive oil...shall I continue? Toasty palate, with breadcrust, light demerara, woody/mushroomy/earthy hops. Moderate bitterness. Very well balanced, just gorgeous stuff.

Hazy golden-straw colour. Thin head. Very fresh pale malt with sublime lemony, almost gingery hops. Herbal, lemongrass hops and fresh-cracked pale malt on the palate with slightly toasty and caramelly earthy malts. Clean, fresh as the sea...just beautifully crafted.

Reddish-brown with a thick, low head. Very fresh pale malt nose shows only slight caramel and breadcrust. Slightly sweet accent with a kiss of chocolate, light toast, and a subtle earthy hop underpinning. Slightly watery finish increases refreshment value.

Hazy blond/dark straw colour. Raspberry aroma with fresh bready pale malts. Fairly berryish up front, but fresh pale malts emerge more as it goes. Very fresh-tasting. He did well with such a limited concept.
