650ml bottle at Brian's. Pours a very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is bourbon with some sour notes. Similar taste with roasted malt notes. Probably it's infected but still not bad.

650mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is a bit sour, with some light bourbon, and bready caramel. Flavour seems infected, with tart red fruits, some light butyric, and a touch of barrels. This has clearly gone wrong, though it's not offensive. Still, needs fixing.

Bourbon and barrel notes. Jet brown with a small white head. Weird sour note? Bright, barrel and sour notes but although not planned ok.

Can: Poured a deep amber color ale with an off-white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of dry caramelized malt with some cereal notes also noticeable. Taste is a good mix of cereal with some dry caramelized malt and a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very well brewed and highly drinkable.

Can: Poured a golden amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral citrusy malt with some fresh green lawn notes. Taste is a nice mix of floral hops notes with citrusy flavours and some light green lawn notes with hints of bitterness. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting used of indigenous hops since this Cascade variety doesn’t taste the same as the regular Cascade that has been overused.

Bottle: Poured a pretty deep color amber ale with a large foamy head with excellent retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with deep earthy and bitter hops is OK. Taste is a mix of dry caramelized malt with strong earthy hops with light citrus notes and quite a bit of bitterness. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but a bit too much bitter notes with some lack of integration between hops and malt.

Can from the brewery. Some malty aroma, medium bodied red amber. Malt flavor up front followed by hops in the end. Very enjoyable.

Amber with lacy off white head. Hops aroma and medium body. Bitter taste but perhaps not ESB level, with a nice lingering finish.

Can from the brewery. Fruit aroma and light body. Nice balance of hops with blueberry, drier than many fruit beers.

Green apple flavor and Nelson Sauvin hops complement each other nicely. A very nice fruit beer with a clean finish.
