Tasting at Oakes' Manor
Cloudy blond colour. The aroma is nice (mild fruit and delicate yeast character), but the mouthfeel is chalky, very astringent, yeast mess that overwhelms the fruits, finishing with vegetable bitterness.

Hazy and pale. Lots of berryish notes, light brett, with light pale malt. There's a nice fruity character here, some florals, clean pale malts, light yeast, and an off-dry finish. A bit honeyish. I actually think this is a light character.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out some rustic saison yeast, toasted biscuity malt and a little chalk. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast, light dank hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Bright and crisp, but not terribly exciting. Good stuff.

500ml bottle at Brian's. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is pleasant with some sweetness, fun, barrel notes. Taste is similar with peach notes. Nice one.

Soft peach and a light funk. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Soured light fuzzy peach with a touch of funk. Solid.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out pretty peaches upfront, with plenty of funky brett, and a little oak. Flavour is nicely complex, with lots of fresh, tart peaches upfront, followed by funky brett, and a lot of oak. Comes together really well - the peaches and brett meld nicely. Excellent.
