A hazed golden blonde Weisse with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, nice lemony malt with tart apricot, light Epsom salts, fruity esters, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart lemon malt with light citrus pulp, apricot pulp, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of grapes with residual sugar notes and light fruity ester is quite enjoyable. Taste is also a mix of sweet Belgian style malt with nice Muscat notes and light fruity ester with some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but lacking some balances and attenuation.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy brown color ale with a medium size foamy head with light retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of tart cherry notes and oak is quite nice. Taste is a good mix of tart cherry notes with some oak notes, light residual sugar and vinous notes. Body is full with medium carbonation. While it does not have the complexity of Rodenbach, it is a very nice and well brewed for the style.

Keg at Harricana, Montreal. Dark brown, small head. Caramelly nose with a whiff of smoked chili. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bread, caramel and growing chipotle heat. Balanced.

Keg at Harricana, Montreal. Near black, small beige head. Rich aroma of tart raspberries. Tart with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Lightly milky, some licorice. Low bitterness. Very interesting.

Keg (6.3%) at Harricana, Montreal. Cloudy dark brown, small head. Banana and mango up front. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded. Caramelly with banana, cloves and grapefruit. Mid bitter finish.

Keg at Harricana, Montreal. Lightly hazy copper/amber, mid sized head. Fruity, bready nose with some grass. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Grainy and grassy. Mildly resiny finish, but enough resin for it to get somewhat edgy, given its dryness and light body.
