Can: Poured a clear golden color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with light herbal hops notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes, light herbal hops with some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable lager with good drinkability.

A burgundy red ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity grapeskins, light cork, light acidic notes, faint black pepper, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of raspberry jam, grape jam, light pepper, light acidic notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A hazed orange amber ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with dark fruits, loads of Brett, ground cherry, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, raspberry, light lactic notes, Brett, very nice and complex. On tap at brewery.

In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart strawberry, light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, faint rhubarb, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Aromatique maltée aux tons de biscuit assortie d’une légère torréfaction et de houblons herbacés. Liquide ambré foncé bien limpide qui se couvre d’une mousse moyenne assez dense. Céréales dominantes en bouche avec du grain à profusion, une très subtile base caramélisée et des houblons herbacés intenses.
