Brouepub original sur la rue Merry (maintenant Resto-Pub).
Les installations de brassage ont ensuite été déménagés dans un local du 2125 R. Tanguay rue Tanguay à Magog (Fabrique à Bière).
La production a ensuite été déménagé chez ALFRED BROUE-PUB à Orford et donné en partie à contrat au COLLECTIF BRASSICOLE ENSEMBLE

Light gold with a creamy white head, Faint grassy aroma. Biscuity taste and sweet finish. Light and refreshing. This was the best of the Memphre,....there is a problem when the best beer at a brewpub is the light!!!

Hazy amber ale with thin white head, light caramel aroma, very faint hops. Very yeasty mouthfeel with some caramel malts and faint german style hops. Watery at best. Way out of whack.
