A clear reddish copper dunkel with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, nice grainy caramel malt with grassy hops, very nice. In mouth, grainy caramel malt with grassy hops, lightly fruity, nice.

7.5 Doppelbock. A clear orange amber Bock with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet musty and fruity caramel malt with light mineral notes, grassy hops, so-so. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with spice notes, roasted coffee, grainy, not bad. On tap at Arrow and Loon.

Bottle - Citrus, lemon, fruity and lots of yeast profile. Cloudy orange with a rich bubbly head. Lemon and yeasty, almost saison like. Belgian style IPA? Different but decent.

Bottle - Roasted malts and chocolate/coffee. Very dark amber with a rich brown head. Chocolate and coffee dominate with a nice hit of bitterness in the finish. Much like a porter.

Can: Poured an amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light citrus hoppy notes with some light caramelized malt notes. Taste is also dominated by citrus hoppy notes with some well-balanced dry Noble hops backed with a solid caramelized malt profile with limited residual sugar. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. I must admit I didn’t have high expectation but was pleasantly surprised by this mix of West Coast and Noble hops.

This ale poured a deep amber colour with a minimal , light tan coloured head. Scents include citrus hops, pineapple and grass. First sip was smooth with a medium hop bite. Flavours of the citrus hops and grass most predominant. Finish is medium bitter with lemon flavours lingering.
