33cl bottle. Pours orange gold, fairly hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is intensely hoppy and herbaceous. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with a little sweetness too behind. Final is fairly dry.

Il naso vira verso il caffè. La finezza olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma cremosa e dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è lunga. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sulla lingua si fermano impressioni di miele, crosta di pane, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso ed agrumi.

From tap at Lambiczoon 27.07.21. Translucent pale straw colour. Complex aroma and taste of brett, acidity, wood, red currants and rhubarb. Good!

Bottle shared @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata viva, appena velata, schiuma bianca leggera. Al naso note citriche, vinose, di frutta bianca (mela annurca), camomilla. In bocca è acida, citrica, tart, leggermente monocorde. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Notevole, andrebbe solo rifinita un po'.
