On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted nuts, cereal sweetness and subtle herbal notes. Flavour is clean and laid back, with cereal malts and not much else. Low residual sweetness, with a slightly herbal toasted nuttiness. Easy to drink but pretty boring.

Hazy light amber color. The light ginger aroma smells like soap. The Ale has a light bread character, a very light ginger punch, light spicy touch, correct bitterness, a bit soapy.
Not bad, but… why?

Hazy golden color. Very light aroma of malt and possibly butter. Mild flavor of cereals, of bread, not too bad, but also a light trace of butter. Correct bitterness.
Hardly a Maibock, which is not bad news, a bit thin, the flavor and bitterness are more robust than usual German samples, but also with a minor flaw.
I can drink it eventually…

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh ginger and lightly spicy rye. Flavour is quite laid back, with ginger upfront and the earthy spicy rye further back. Clean and decently constructed, just nothing special.

Cloudy pink-amber color. The aroma is a bit fruity, sour, puckery, and very buttery. The mouthfeel is a bit oily, the flavor is mildly sour, not much cherry to talk about, at least it has no butter flavor.
Mediocre.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear copper with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out very tart cherries to the point of a high acetic quality. Flavour is better, with tart cherries, some sweetness in there, and a moderate balsamic vinegar quality. Some harsh acetic notes in there, but it's pretty decent overall. Solid.

Dark amber color with red hue, hazy, compact head. Aroma of cookies, a bit soapy, soda; later, even raw chicken meat. Drier and weaker than I expected; the flavor is a bit fruity and spicy, like a light fruitcake; it has a moderate residual sweetness in the final, more cake too.
Nothing wrong in the brewing process, actually it’s even balanced, but it’s no longer a real beer, I have little interest in these.

Black color. The aroma immediately suggests another diacetyl bomb from Red Collar. The mouthfeel is smooth and dry, the main flavor component is the roasted malt, maybe some dark chocolate, no orange; here the diacetyl is less evident.
Not even able to provide what the name suggests.
Not too bad despite my harsh words.
The beer we didn’t need.

Draft - Buttery toast and roast. Jet brown with a light brown head. Toast and some roasty bitterness. No orange.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of oats upfront, maybe some dry cocoa but no detection of oranges. Flavour is much the same, with dry oats and a touch of cocoa. Rather metallic tasting but it's not too detracting. Okay, but needs work.
