Sampled on tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma of pleasantly restrained floral hops, and lots of bready malt to back. Flavour is certainly unique with the malt profile showing off first with caramel and bready malt, transitioning to quite bitter piney and floral hops, leaving a slightly sweet, pleasantly hoppy astringency. Can't find the word to describe another quality of this that sets it apart... Very good flavourful A.P.A.

Draft - Mellow floral and slight citrus nose. Clear gold with creamy head. Wonderful balanced session IPA that won’t destroy your taste buds.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet chocolate and cardamom, powdery and smooth. In mouth, a nice smooth chocolate with light licorice, coffee grinds, dark fruits, very nice, light alcohol warmth. On tap at Alibi Room, March 22, 2012.

Black color, with brownish head. Aroma of dark chocolate and roasted malt. Good body structure, and round mouthfeel; very good chocolate flavor, with some roasted malts, cookies, cream, spices; pleasant, moderate sweetness; strong final, but balanced with the rest. Very good.

Black. Lots of chocolatey, fruity aroma with rich coffee roastiness as well. Full-bodied, burly roastiness, coffee, light stinging richness with underlying dark fruit. it hits all the right impy notes with style and balance. Good impy, for those who still want nuance and balance in this style.

On tap at The Alibi Room for their 300th Beer Menu, pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma of heavy roasted malt, lots of espresso and light sweetened chocolate. Flavour of espresso beans, vanilla, roasted malt and light chocolate. Finishes on a roasty, slightly bitter note. Medium body - full roasty palate. Very enjoyable.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear copper / golden with a small white head. Aroma of soap, English-like hops, wheat and rye. Flavour of soapy, citrusy English hops, wheat malts, floral notes and some slight candied sugar. Flavour is quite full for the style. Solid.

On nitro tap at The Alibi Room, pours dark orangey brown with a foamy beige head. Aroma of English malt, light treacle and biscuit. Flavour of butterscotch, roasted malt, treacle, light spices and faint chocolate. Great smooth body with rich flavours for a porter. Very enjoyable.

Muddy blond color. The aroma is quite spicy and nice. The mouthfeel is dry, with wheat flavor, clear spicy character, hints of citrus fruits (none of the promised banana) and a bitterness that is on the high edge for a Witbier. Not bad.

2015-11-16, draught at the brewpub, as Clover IPA, 6.5% ABV, 6-5-7-3-13=34
Hazy amber color with creamy head. The aroma is hoppy, but also buttery. Lean body, the malts are a bit chewy, the hopping is zesty, resiny; a bit grassy in the final; overall I like it, but the diacetyl is almost unbearable.

Hazy golden color; small creamy head. Nice aroma of fruity hops, mellow, with some late oranges and bubblegum. The malt/toffee flavor is reasonably good, the hopping is quite satisfactory too, although a bit rough (more bitter than aromatic); there are some decent fruity components from the hop. Strong and long final, a bit cheesy. Good beer, not exciting though.
