A light amber ale with a lacing creamy white head. A grassy herbal pale ale, pungent, lightly hoppy. In mouth, a classy ale reminiscent of British pubs, with lightly herbaceous green hops. Very successful. On tap at brewpub, August 3, 2008.

A deep dark amber ale with mahogany hues and a thick moka head. A nice caramel malt aroma with herbaceous hops. In mouth, a light bock, as the name suggests, with caramel malts, a bit of fruity esters, overall, a bit too light, But still nice. On tap at brewpub, August 3, 2008.

A golden pils with a thin white head. A pleasant fresh grainy malt aroma with light German hops. In mouth, a pleasant pils with lightly biscuitty malt, hops, and mineral notes. A refreshing offering. On tap at brewery August 3 2008.
