Bottle - Buttery cooked Apple. Clear pale gold. Creamy yellow apple, little acidity and tannin with a nice body. Not much going on outside the body.

Draft - Light soured Apple. Clear pink orange. Sweet apple and light red berry with a long sweet finish. A bit too sweet for me.

A hazed golden blonde cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light Brett, light lactic notes, light woody notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple juice with light oaked notes, light Brett, light lactic notes, light cork, nice and complex. Cask Days 2016.
