On tap at Shacklands, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Nose is full of bourbon, with a very perfumey character, nail polish remover, and vanilla. Flavour is harsh, with lots of perfume notes, vanilla, and nail polish remover. The barrels don't seem to have been used too well. Harsh, amateur brew.

On tap at Shacklands, pours a hazy bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright raspberries, some fruit skins, and gentle brett funk. Flavour is very fruity, with lots of raspberries (mostly skins), accentuated by prominent brett. Assertive carbonation, sort of like champagne, which might be a tad overdone, but it's quite solid.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity lemon malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light Brett, light lemon, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light pineapple, resinous and piney hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A dark brown porter with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with loads of bourbon barrel notes, woody notes, light licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with light vanilla, bourbon barrel notes, alcohol warmth, light licorice, very nice and rich. On tap at brewery.
