Overmodne epler helt i slutten.

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 01.12.19. Cloudy orange hay colour. Aroma and taste of wild apples, red apples, apple peel, leather and apple bitterness.

Shared bottle at RB/HD on board Fridtjofen 30.11.19. Clear golden. Some white head. Refreshing aroma of apple juice, apple zest, sulphur and leather. Very good and quaffable!

Shared 750 ml corked & caged bottle. Golden colour, white head, moderately sparkling. Aroma and flavour of cider apples and oak. Nice to drink.

Can from Home Bargains, Leeds. Clear golden with a light carbonation. Has a sweet apple nose, with this sweetness applying to its taste too, but not as stated as you might have expected if you catch the aroma first. There's a slightly artificial aftertaste. Not the most exhilarating of ciders.

75cl bottle from Carrefour. Drunk at home in England. Pours a clear pale gold, aroma presents a vibrant apple pulp sweetness. Taste is crisp vibrant, sweet keeved apple fruit, a little too syrupy perhaps, a hint of perry pear fruit, noticeably sweet overall. Ok.

Shared from bottle at Maakun’s, thanks! Unclear golden with greyish ring head. Sweet watery and mealy apples, and also dry and tannin-rich with tart edge. Under medium body and soft carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Cidre de Bretagne brut traditionnel on 19 Sep 2019 at 20:44 - Score: 6. Bottle shared at home. Bit hazy light amber with no head. Sweet apple, light oxidized apple juice, cardboard, cinnamon, dry apple peel, apple pie, light pear, dry earthy apple, woody, tart berries. Under medium sweet and bitter, light tart. Medium bodied, medium dry. Meh.
