Bottle shared. Clear golden with small lasting white head. Dry apple peel, lihht earthy, leathery tannins, light juicy, even some grains, dusty pear. Under medium sweet, light bitter and very light sour. Under medium bodied, medium dry. Bit bland but drinkable.

Bottle at picnic. Clear bright pink with small dull pink head. Sweet and sour apple, light sugary, soft rose petals, very light funk in the background. Over medium sweet, almost medium sour and very light bitter. Under medium bodied with fizzy carbonation and quite light tannins. OK but quite bland and sugary.

0,75 flaske (5,5%) fra polet i Verksgata, delt med skibsrederen i en velfortjent pause under rivingen av skottet under dørken: lett uklar dyp gylden med fint skum som varer. Deilige inntrykk av ciderepler, litt kanel og høy/støv. Lettdrikkelig og forfriskende. Halvtørr. Overmodne epler helt i slutten.
