Can from St Jacob's Market. The slightly oddly named American IPA a fairly-clear copper pour, with malt -sweet nose. Taste leans towards bittering hops all over a sweet toasted malt. The sweet bready toasted malt lingers, with mild bitterness. This is a tasty beer, but IPA? No. I don't know what the IBU are, but they can't be in IPA range. A decent ale? Yes. Poorly classified, but enjoyable enough.

Picked up my wife at St. Jacob's market. Pretty straightforward blonde ale. Malt is dry straw, with decent density, some bitterness that tends to linger. Pretty middle ground.

Pour a clear golden with a little white head. Nose is all bready malt. Taste is bready, slightly doughy, malt. You can definitely pick up on the corn. Mild bitterness in the finish. Surprisingly dense for a 3.9. It's okay, kinda boring.

Can bought at the St. Jacob's Market

Can from the TWB stall at St Jacob's Market. Cloudy pale gold with a small foamy white head that fades quickly to a sheet. Nose is quite floral with some grains, honey, lemon. Light fruit and honey sweetness with light grassy bitterness. Mouth is medium- with average carbonation and a dry finish. Very well balanced and refreshing. 8/3+/7+/4/15
