Nice light teal body, little foam, soft sweet green apple aroma. Flavour is some apple and vanilla, vinegar and sugar notes. Full enough mouthfeel, okay carbonation. Not exceptional but reasonably well done.

Okay light gold body with modest foam. Notes of vanilla on the nose, sweet apple, soft twig. Flavour is a slightly bitter apple, vinegar notes. Mouthfeel is a little thin and no residual sugar. Simply okay.

Bottle sampled at Howling Moon, pours a clear blonde, tiny white head. Aroma is loaded with vanilla beans upfront, plenty of sweet bourbon and a touch of the peach. Flavour is very oaky, with tons of bourbon and vanilla bean, medium sweetness, and a trace of peaches. Heavy on the sweet bourbon and vanilla bean, but without complexity. Meh.

Bottle sampled at Howling Moon, pours a clear pale pink, tiny white head. Aroma is loaded with lavender, a touch of plums, and light apples. Flavour is medium sweet, with lots of floral notes from the lavender, moderately sweet plums. Fun, fruity, floral cider. It's pleasant.

Flavour tastes more like cucumber, with modestly dry cucumber skins, some fresh mint, and a touch of acidity. Simple but refreshing. Meh.

500ml bottle at Matt's. Pours a clear golden with no head. Aroma is very spicy with cinnamom, apples, and pear notes. Taste is similar. An ok.

Has a touch of pinkish note, On the nose, the cinnamon is huge, There's apples, hint of cinnamon, but there's also some diacetyl...it gets wonky.

500mL bottle, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with spices, smelling like a mulled cider (only cold), with baked apples and toffee further back. Flavour is along the same lines, with mulled cider notes, i.e. lots of spices, especially nutmeg and cinnamon, light toffee and dry baked apples. Nicely done, though it could be better if served hot.

Bottle - Green apple with a touch of acidity and vanilla. Clear pale gold and a touch of purple. Apple and a crisp note, but I don't get any of the adjuncts.
