Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out some buttery notes from the Chardonnay along with some vanillin and crisp apple skins. Flavour is dry, oaky and vinous, with a nice buttery Chardonnay character that complement the dry apple skins. Quite nice.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear very pale yellow blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out subtle char along with medium-dry apple skins. Flavour is pungently char-forward, with lots of smoky whiskey combining with the dry apple skins. There's a touch of residual sweetness to complement the char. Not complex but I do like the char. Good.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lemon cleaner, floral hops and a touch of apple core. Flavour is really unpleasant, with diacetyl, lemon cleaner, floral notes and apple core. Absolute trainwreck - harsh off-notes and poorly calibrated. Awful.

Pours a reddish light copper, clear, and pretty good foam though it has no staying power. Smells of good fresh sweet cherry, plenty of spicy cinnamon and clove. Taste is more cherry tempered by some sharp apple, cinnamon everywhere. I'd prefer some more carbonation here, but also they may be thinking in terms of people mulling this. The ABV is invisible though. Still quite enjoyable, would work well in winter, not sure why it's their summer seasonal but 2021 is all sorts of odd.

Pours a very nice rosé body and medium foam, strong carbonation, large bubbles. Good lavender and plum on the nose, slightly fake and sugary, but still not excessively so. Flavour is deep chewy plum and lavender working well together; almost a rough burlap feel to the two elements, sugary for sure, yet the mouthfeel is still reasonably crisp. Apple too, it comes across quite well and is enjoyable.

Very pale straw body, strong carbonation, no foam. soft sweet apple aroma with mellow lemon on the nose, reasonably well balanced. Flavour is vinuous apple, soft lemon, a little vinegary. Dry finish, odd lemony aftertaste but it dissipates quickly. Still decent, the lemon helps to accent the apple and it's nice to drink.

Bottle bought in Oliver, hauled up Belcarra, hauled back down due to lack of time, opened late in the evening... as it was. This pours a very light clear greenish yellow with no foam, an odd combination like very watered down chartreuse. I really like the cucumber and mint aroma, it's slightly fake but then again well balanced and noticeable. Flavour is a really good infusion of fresh cucumber and chewy mint along with an apple cider; great balance here, flavours are slightly artificial but still working very well together nonetheless. I like the cucumber tartness, this is in fact a very nice mix if you can get past the slightly artificial flavours but they are not seriously artificial. Okay, enough excuses - I liked it.

Okay light yellow body and no foam, sweet apple on the nose with only faint char so to speak in their terms; perhaps some slightly sweet whiskey with aged wood notes if you smell closely, a little ethereal at first but it is there though overpowered by a sweet apple umbrella. Flavour is in fact a good mix between apple and a sharp charcoal, it works well together and they complement each other but I feel like everything could be a little more bold. Mouthfeel is reasonably full though slightly cloying. Alcohol is invisible. A little unusual and I can see room for improvement but it's still an interesting cider.

Light clear yellow body with almost no foam, soft vanilla on the nose and honestly no peach to be found. Another sniff..... nope, not there. Flavour is cloying vanilla and fake peach, and the mouthfeel on this fake vanilla is not so good as much. The peach comes through later but it's really more of a vanilla drink. I find this to be a real miss, nothing is working well here.
