On tap at VCBW Festival 2017, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out medium sweetness and red apples. Flavour is slightly less sweet, with crisp red apples, light sweetness and a champagne-like crispness. Crisp and fairly highly carbonated, which works well. Very good.

Bottle - Cherry cola notes. Light pink and orange. Lots of spiced cherry pits and a long almost bitter finish. Not great cold, may be better mulled as suggested.

375ml bottle at Matt’s. Aroma is candied apples, slightly perfumy and with some cheese notes. Taste is pretty the same. Good one.
