At BXL. Hazy light yellow. Soft citrus, sour grains, tangerine. Not sure what the rice is supposed to taste like, I don’t really get it bit it’s a refreshing light sour beer. Good.

Couleur pâle, jaunâtre, col blanc épais crémeux.
Palais est beaucoup trop épais pour moi, semblant être réuiné par, une fois de plus, cet apport de 'haze', avoine, et ce même si la noix de coco est bien là avec une sorte d'aigreur d'ananas.
Le tout sur une base maltée éclispée par l'épaisseur de bouche des malts et de la levure.

Can: Poured a clear pale yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funny ester with some dry rustic cereal notes.Taste is a great mix of funky ester with some super dry rustic cereal notes with a pêppery yeasty finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Super solid saison that UI wish I would have access to on a more regular basis.

Can: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry bitter hops with light malt notes. Taste is also dominated by one-dimensional dry bitter notes with a dry aftertaste. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. OK English style IPA.
