Can (which is now blue). Pale gold with a 2cm white head that fades. Vapid aroma - light grain, hints of lemon dishsoap. But a little more malt presence upin a swig - a pretence at richness - and enough bitterness to know it's there. It's not trying to do much.

Sapporo Hoppin’ Garage Aftertaste of the Movie Porter 6.5% I saw on Untappd it was a Porter so I was expecting something darker. This caramel brown is Ultra-clear and has a somewhat amber ale look with light beige foam. Roasty, black pepper, caramel in the nose. Medium bodied and smooth. The taste adds some tobacco leaf and biscuit notes. I’m getting big British ale vibes from this. My first thought after it hit my glass and I took a sip was this reminds me of something I had in a London Pub. Not what I expected but pretty nice.

Sapporo Hoppin Garage Ribbonesia Ginger Style Beer 5.5% Nice deep gold color with an ultra-wispy fast-dissipating head of foam. Mildly sweet ginger aroma, medium to light bodied with earthy ginger flavor but some light malts as well. It’s been ages since I had a ginger beer.

Sapporo Hoppin’ Garage Lager 5% Clear deep gold with a thick fuzzy head of foam. I think it’s got a bit of grainy sweetness and some herbal hoppiness. It’s ultra clean but not at all complex, a total six-pack beer that’ll scratch the itch for a solid lager.

Sapporo Hoppin’ Garage Otsukare-San Beer Belgian witbier 3% Crystal clear gold with not much foam. It has a lemony coriander aroma and decent medium to light body. Pretty crisp and enjoyable. I think I like it more than the IPA.

Sapporo Hoppin’ Garage IPA 5.5% Deep yellow gold with soapy big bubbly foam which didn’t linger at all. My first impression was of an old school generic IPA from 10 years ago. It kind of grew on me. The aroma is muted but the medium bodied beer has minty piney elements with some cream soda and tutti-frutti sweet elements that mostly come through in the finish. It felt quick generic/macro but did grow on me.

330ml can pours out crisp pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is sweet grain some rice a little tartness. Taste is more of the sweet malts rice some tartness and a little grass.
