On tap at EP, pours a murky yellow. Lacey white head. Nose has simple grist, honey, flowers. The Brett is there but more in the mouth where it helps with some tropicals. Then the grist and herbs and flowers. Finishes fairly long and just off dry. 7 3 7 3 13

On tap at EP, it's a bock bier. Murky orange, lots of white head. Nose is malt and herbs and yeast. Flavors same. Dry finish. True to style. 6 4 6 3 12

On tap at L'Espace Public, pours a mostly clear orange, big white head. Nose is simple malt and black tea, citrus and soap. Dry and bitter finish. Standard IPA. 6 4 6 3 12

Malts briochés et houblons floraux constituent les éléments de base de l’olfactif. Une mousse abondante recouvre le liquide ambré et limpide. Subtilement caramélisée et discrètement pâtissière par ses malts, elle déclenche une amertume terreuse, épicée et herbacée qui persiste et en intensité, et en longueur. L’équilibre est clairement vers les houblons et les malts s’en voient, par le fait même, effacés. L’élégance d’une Vienna vient de la complexité de ses malts et de son équilibre général entre les houblons et ces derniers. Ce qui n’est pas rencontré ici. L’amertume n’est même pas subtile. A hazed orange amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity blueberry jam with light acidity, light tropical fruits, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with blueberry pulp, light tropical fruits, light vanilla, light acidity, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.
