A deep dark stout with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light fruity esters, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, light chocolate notes, light mineral notes, oily mouthfeel. On tap at brewery.

Nice floral citrus, and resinous aroma. Light bready, caramel malts. The body was a touch watery, with a light carb, almost like a nitro tap. The flavor and finish though were less enjoyale. The hops drop right off a cliff. They disapear, and i’m left with a mouthful of bitter caramel, grassy malts. Weird.

Nice hoppy aroma, some good citrus, and pine notes. Body was a little viscous, but pleasant none the less. The malts just provide balance, and very little flavor, there are hints of biscuits, but they are quite faint. Pleasant medium bitter finish with a nice hop bite.

Agrumes aux tons de citron et de pamplemousse avec un fond résineux dans un olfactif bien houblonné. Liquide doré et voilé avec une mousse semi crémeuse qui tient relativement bien. Entrée de bouche fruitée aux accents d’agrumes et de zeste présentant une légère acidité, sur une base maltée sucrée. Notes de pamplemousse, citron, pêche, miel, avec une finale présentant une amertume de zeste d’agrumes et une touche résineuse. Une IPA Américaine présentant des accents de Nouvelle Angleterre.
