Bottle sample at Mondial Des Cidres, pours a clear amber golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out caramel, red apples and a touch of brown sugar. Flavour is along the same lines but drier with crisp red apples, treacle toffee and dry caramel. Quite a lot drier than the nose. Good stuff.

Bottled at Ottawa gathering. Clear pale golden. Buttery pear jam aroma. Sweet with full body and rounded gentle mouthfeel. Pear jam, honey and candy. Mildly warming.

A pale blonde cider with aroma of sweet tart apples with light acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet tart cider with light carbonation, acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant. Can at Mondial des Cidres 2017.

Light apple colour. Mellow apple nose, bright. Sweet front, just a touch of tartness. Has a delicate spice. Bright, appley. Very drinkable, enjoyable.

750mL bottle, pours a clear dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a lovely lightly sweet apple character, followed by treacle toffee. Flavour is super complex, with amazing depth of dry apples, champagne, caramel and treacle toffee. Warming in the best way possible, with a treacle, champagne-like finish. Fantastic stuff.
