750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with quickly-dissipating white head. Nose is somewhat champagne-like, with crisp apple skin character and dry apple core. Flavour is very dry, with lots of apple skins, champagne-like effervescence, and a touch of apple core. The booze is aggressive but it works. Not good but easy enough to drink.

Bottle sample at Krause, pours a clear bright red. Aroma has rich raspberry upfront, with subdued apple in back. Flavour is dry, with fruity raspberry upfront, some rough alcohol, and subtle apple core. Not particularly well-integrated but pleasant enough.

Bottle sample at Krause, pours a clear pale blonde, no head. Aroma is full of apple core and gentler pear skins. Flavour is full of apple core, light tartness, and less sweetness than the regular pear. It's alright, but a bit too tart. Meh.

Bottle sample at Krause, pours a clear pale blonde, no head. Aroma brings out light pear skins, medium sweetness and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is lightly sweet, with crisp pear skins, light effervescence, and gentle sweetness. Not too sweet and medium complexity. It's alright.

Good rosé body. Soft aroma of sweet apple and sugary raspberry, soft tannins. Taste is sweet raspberry, soft apple maybe, and lingering sugar. Okay, but no complexity here.

Light pale straw body, good carbonation, minimal foam. Chewy sweet apple on the nose but a little buttery, vinous, plenty of sweetness. Taste is heavy and musty, chewy apple skin, no indication of fruity finesse to help smooth it out. Some lingering sugar, warming and a little boozy. Somehow missing the mark on what should be a slam dunk.

So pale, almost transparent. Light cider aroma, off-dry, moderately carbonated, the acidity is quite high, I may sense some acetic acid too. Simple and flawed.

Light red colour. Light vinegar, more strawberry than raspberry, no apple, light astringency adding some complexity, it's mildly sweet, so it's drinkable despite the vinegar.

So pale, almost transparent. Compared to the sparkling apple, this off-dry cider has no carbonation, and this may be for the better, the wood is not very strong but it seems to hide the flaws, and therefore it doesn't taste anymore like cider, it tastes like cheap white wine.
