Draught at the brewery
Pale blond colour. It's dry, crisp, with moderate grassy hops character, and robust bitterness. I can drink this.

Hazy golden colour. It's sweetish, with balance of barley and wheat, and delicate banana esters. Low bitterness. Not a classic Hefe, but it's clean and drinkable, with enough flavour.

Copper body and modest foam, soft banana on the nose with some citrus. Flavour is medium banana with a bit of tin lingering on the finish. Substandard at best.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma is plasticky hops and a bit of faint barley, a bit of leather. Has a good dark brown body and soft white foam on top. Flavour is very soft leathery barley but no distinction there. Mouthfeel has okay fullness but nothing spectacular. This is a middling winter beer with not enough oomph in any direction.

On tap at the brewery. The aroma is beautiful fruit funk. I can't believe they got this right and must believe it's by accident. It's all cherry and rough fruitiness, this is amazing and just worth sniffing for awhile. Has a murky brown gold body and little head. Flavour is good sour brightness, hints of fruit and mentions of sour funk. Mouthfeel is full enough. This works on a few levels extremely well which might be accidental, but there are hints of greatness in here that I hope they work on. Also, the brewer offered to refill my tasting glass free of charge since he said he has too much of this sitting around.... so a big thumbs down to the local community for ignoring great beers such as this.

Has a nice white foam and orangey gold body. Aroma is all soft hops. Flavour is floral with honey, it seems to have good sweetness. Mouthfeel is a little thick but it does have a dry finish. An okay IPA.
