On tap. Pours a dark reddish amber with light head. Aromas of leather, alcohol and toasted malts. Acidic burnt fruit flavors with bitter grass and resin. Raw. Not for me.

Draft - Coriander, black pepper and Belgian fruity notes. Clear gold with a rich beige head. Pepper, perfumy, coriander and more pepper. Heavy on the pepper, but not bad.

Hazy blond color. It has a nice aroma and flavor if crackery malts, a bit of cereals (would be better without it), light wheat bread touch, crisp, with strong but balanced bitterness, and nice grassy quality.
A very good, dry Zwickel.

Draft - Tart citrus and passion fruit. Hazy gold with a decent white head. Acidic, sour passion fruit and peel. Sounds good, but isn’t.

Amber color, hazy. Caramel based IPA, smooth, moderately sweet, with strong bitterness, strong hop resins, mild hop fruitiness, bitter oranges. It has a minimal diacetyl presence though.
Very nice.

Blond color, hazy, small creamy head. It has a bit too much yeast aroma and flavor, some cereals flavor, lightly grassy, enough bitterness.
An easy Blond beer, but it could be tweaked to be a bit better.

Growler - Dark roast, chilli and some and some vegetal notes. Deep brown with a decent brown. Dark roast, chilli and some light odd sweet notes. No real smoky chipotle, just random chilli.

Growler, pours thick jet black with a small tan head. Nose is hot, brings out chipotle peppers, followed by roasted malt and boiled vegetables. Flavour is quite sharp and unpleasant, with vinegar, chipotle, and some weird vegetal cleaner notes. This is just revolting. Undrinkable, nasty stuff. Shouldn't be sold.

Black color, brown generous head. Nice delicate aroma of smokey chipotle, roasted malt. Fairly dry for an imperial stout, nice roasted malt flavor, the chili enhances the coffee flavor, the chipotle flavor is very evident, and it has a good degree of acidity from the dark malts.
Excellent.

Hazy golden color. Straight Pale Ale, very dry, a bit biscuity, with very strong bitterness, a bit resiny and biscuity. Traces of yeast.
Bold.
