This brown ale poured a hazy, deep amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, bread, sweet malt and a bit of earth. First swig was quite smooth and creamy. Not overly sweet, but just enough. Flavours of tea, caramel and a little nuttiness to it. Finish is mildly hop bitter with malty tea flavours lingering.

This black lager poured a deep black colour with a rich, creamy, brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, coffee, nuts and a little wine. First swig was really creamy. Not too strong flavoured, but smooth and flavourful. Tastes of coffee and burnt toast with a sweeter finish. Delicious.

This IPA poured a cloudy, amber colour with a creamy, huge head. Seems quite carbonated. Nice lacing. Scents include floral and citrus hops, must and malt. First swig was quite hoppy with flavours of grass and floral hops, green tea and malt. Finish is quite bitter with the hop flavours lingering forever.

This brown ale poured a cloudy, deep amber colour with a creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel and very mild peanut. Not very complex to the nose. First swig had mild carbonation, with bold flavours of caramel, a little peanut butter and mild hops. Finish is a whole lot of caramel with mild hop bitterness lingering.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a big brown head. Medium lacing. Scents include cocoa, coffee, vanilla and over ripe strawberries. First swig was lighter than expected. Flavours of cocoa, vanilla, smoke and hops. Finish is smokey and sweet with a light bitterness lingering.

This quadruple poured a hazy dark amber colour with a tan, soapy head. Medium lacing. Scents of toffee, bubblegum, alcohol, honey, brown sugar and a ripe fruit. First swig was powerful. Flavours of heavy malt, Marmite, alcohol and raisins. Finish is malty and boozey with light Marmite flavours lingering.

This sour poured a hazy yellow colour with a minimal, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include lavender, apple, tiny bit of mint, cinnamon and honey. Might be one of the most complex beers we’ve ever had. First swig was delicious but a little thin on mouthfeel. Flavours of lavender, toffee style candy, light cinnamon and margarita mix. Finish is lightly sour with lavender and candy flavours lingering.

This lager poured a really cloudy, amber colour. Looks like apple cider. Creamy white head. Scents include peppers! Citrus and minimal malt. First swig was really peppery. Quite hot on the throat, flavours of nuts, malt and peppers. Finish is nutty with warm pepper heat lingering. Not had a lot of pepper beers but this definitely is the hottest, very good!

This pils poured a hazy, light yellow with a soapy, white head. Medium lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, corn and perm solution? A hint of vinegar as well. First swig was smooth but watery. Flavours of sweet malt, corn and mineral water. Finish is corn and light hops.
