This pale lager poured a light yellow colour with a bright white, thick, creamy head. Scents include corn, grass and cooked veggies. First swig was nice and smooth with light corn flavours and hops coming right along after. A touch of honey and hay. Finished with a little bitterness on the tongue.

This APA poured a medium yellow colour with a rocky, bright white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include citrus, corn, honey and hay. Nice lacing. First swig was nice and smooth with delicious hoppiness and good malt balance. Flavours of hay, toast and cereal. Finish is delicious with light hop flavour lingering.

This red ale poured a deep reddish amber colour with a creamy light brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include thick malt, hay and spruce. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of light smoke, caramel, bread and grass. Finish was medium bitter with hop flavour lingering.

Pours a dark brown colour with lots of amber highlights. The head is huge, warm beige, long lasting with creamy lace. Roasted malt aromas with cocoa powder and molasses. After a while, apples notes come out as well. The taste shows a little chocolate with the roasty malts lingering. Decent hops create a nice dryness. Still, lots of apples in here. Not the Oatmeal Stouts I am use to.

Can that pours a hazy copper brown colour with an amber highlight. Big frothy-creamy beige head that last quite a while with full dirty lacing. This red ale does smell like the style with the maltiness, mild nuttiness and hints of caramel. Flavours of apples still malty with some caramel notes. Light hops lingers in the finish. A nice dry mouthfeel, but not too much. Some particles show in the last pour. This is quite a nice red ale with lots to offer without being too much.

Can from the LCBO. Deep mahogany under a one finger lingering tan head. Nose is coffee, molasses, cocoa, roast, with a touch of wood and vanilla. Light+ sweet molasses with a similar dark chocolate bitterness. Mouth is smooth and silky with soft carbonation. Balanced and not too sweet. 7/4/7-/3+/14

Can thanks to Jan! Pours a slightly hazy gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has earthy corn with notes of straw and hay supporting. Flavor has lots of straw and hay with a bit of grass backing.

Can from LCBO. Hazy amber body with a medium off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of toffee, dried grass and marmalade. Flavour of candy, white sugar and oranges. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. Light and easy to drink.

Can from RCSS. Slightly cloudy medium copper under a one finger off white head. Nose is bread, toffee, grains and some light citrus and a touch of green apple. Flavour is light+ sweet toffee with a lighter bitterness and a hint of pepper. Mouth is medium- and sticky with average carbonation and a lightly bitter finish. 7/3+/7-/3/13

Hazed golden colour with a creamy-froth slightly off-white head, decent lasting with some good lace. Mildly burnt hay aromas with light hops. The taste is grainy with a little sweetness. The hops are pretty low. Just like their 360 Ale I just had, seems like a bit of burnt grain with the hops. Other than that, not much else in this one.
