This porter poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include vanilla, powdered cocoa and a little tobacco. First swig was smooth, creamy and delicious. Flavours of cocoa, vanilla and coffee and burnt toast. Finish is lightly sweet with flavours of cocoa, coffee and vanilla lingering.

This doppelbock poured a deep black colour with a creamy, light brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include nuts, alcohol, rum and toffee. First swig was very flavourful and bold. Flavours of caramel, whiskey, wood, coffee and anise. Finish is sweet and thick, with flavours of smoke, whiskey and molasses lingering.

This stout poured a lighter black colour with a creamy, brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include coffee, cocoa, sweet cream and a little smoke. First swig was a little thinner than expected but quite good. Flavours of coffee, cocoa and ash. Finish is smokey and lightly sweet with black coffee flavours lingering.

A deep dark brown ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light vinous character, alcohol warmth, woody notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, light bourbon barrel notes, woody notes, light vanilla, pleasant. Bottle from brewery.
