Hazy pale gold, off white head. Medicinal aroma. Taste is ginger, coriander, wheat. Not bad.

Pours hazy pale gold with a white head. Grassy aroma. Taste is light malt, floral notes, tea.

Surprisingly good lager. Has notes of subtle rice sweetness but mostly maintains a dry grassy lager front, with touches of cracker and a subtle yuzu tartness on the back end. Nice pint.

On tap at Bottleworks, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of yuzu zest, crackery malt, and straw. Flavour is very zesty, with plenty of yuzu, straw, and biscuity malt. Crisp and zesty. Pleasant enough.

A- Golden color, hazy liquid, white head.

A- Wheat, mild citrus, spice.

F- Yeasty, wheat, grains, coriander, mild ginger, faint citrus.

T- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, yeasty finish.

O- Not bad but felt heavy from the wheat and even rather yeasty. It was not quite as light and refreshing as I wanted it. Still a solid beer though.

Draft from DBW - not sure how it showed up here but ok. Light pils bitters, mild sweetness, ok

No date on the can, but this pint tastes well-aged. Caramel and pine and a vegetal undercurrent followed by a lengthy bitterness. Not great, maybe better when young.
