Bouteille 33cl, merci Carles @ NY Eve diner tasting in Verges. BB 04/2018, batch# MS0604. Cuivrée, col beige. Arôme est bien fumé, légère touche grillée avec petit rétro caramel, le tout reste sur une dominance fumée sans être surfaite. Palais est malté avec un excellent malt fumé accompagné par de fines notes caramel, touche de chocolaté, malt pils, amertume plutôt noble - citronné et léger côté vert - pomme caramélisée.

Bouteille 33cl, merci Carles @ NY Eve diner tasting in Verges.BB 10/2019, batch# DG701. Ambrée/cuivre, col fin beige. Arôme fruité rouge, malt caramel, Munich, petite touche de grillé. Palais est malté - Munich et pils , fin caramel, léger chocolaté avec un léger fini houblonné noble tirant sur une pointe de citronné.

Caña en el SBF Asturias en Gijon 31.. 08.. 2017. (r02). Color oscuro casi negro con espuma beige. Sabores maltosos dulces acaramelados especiados. Sensación licorosa. Maderas empapadas ligeras especias. Cuerpo ligero fino, líquido con buena sensación alcohólica. Buena.

Clear medium amber orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, meat, smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, tart fruit, pale malt, sweet malt, smoked, meat - rubber.
