Marrón oscura. Casi opaca. Escasa espuma. Aroma marcadamente licórico, madera, recuerdo claro a vino de Oporto. En boca es potente, de caracter dulce, miel. Cierta complejidad, manteniendo tono licórico, y notas de madera, castañas y café, aunque el sabor predominante es de miel. Amargor final bastante marcado, aunque no tanto como para 85 Ibu. Equilibrada en ese sentido. Bastante lograda. Buena copa de sobremesa.

330 mml bottle tasted on the 19/08/2016. Dark brown colour with no head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee and some dark chocolate. Taste is chocolate and light liquorice. Next one please!

330 mml bottle tasted on the 18/08/2016. Light orange amber colour with a little white head. Aroma of malts and some caramel. Taste is malty and hoppy. Strong dry finish. Next one please!

7th July 2016: RBESG. Another hazy golden beer with a wispy white head, we seemed to be getting a lot of these ’early doors’ during the gathering. I liked this, very floral and herbal in nature but still retaining some hop bitterness. Not usually a fan of Gluten Free Beer, but this was fine.

Tap at 2D2D. Slight hazy golden with white head. Lots of flowers, lavender, cheese, soap, hay, dried flowers, caramel. Light sweet and medium bitter. Under medium bodied. Way too flowery for me.

Bottle shared by Cuso. Aroma seems too estery and sourish. However taste is completely different, sweetish but nicely complemented by moderate beech smoke. Somehow drinkable, though individual characteristics point otherwise.

Bottle from Taboada, many thanks. Hazy brown color with medium off-white head. Fruity aroma with light smoke, malt. Taste, smoke, malt, light fruitiness. Enjoyable beer.

Bottle. Hazy amber-brown colour. Lots of alcohol, high alcohols, tart medicinal and appleish off flavours. Really not good and off. I hope I do not have to get deeper in this thing.
