Really good for style. Just right integration of strawberry to get a balanced style. Pours cloudy blonde with good head and lacing. Aroma of strawberry without being too sweet. Nice summer beer. On tap at tasting room.

Nice hay hops and crisp malt on top here. Pours golden blonde without much head but good lace. Average carbonation. Some booze but very well-hidden. Finishes with crisp, bitter note. Tap at tasting room.

A murky blonde yellow with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light strawberries, grainy notes. In mouth, strawberry caramel malt, light solvent, grainy.

A lightly hazed copper amber IPA with a thin mocha head. In aroma, grassy caramel malt with grassy hops, ok. In mouth, a roasted caramel with grassy notes, grassy hops, burned.

A hazed blonde kolsch with a thin off white head. In aroma, classic grainy malt with light fruity esters. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grainy character and grassy hops.

A hazed blonde weizen with a thin lacing frothy off white head. In aroma, banana, citruy hops and cloves, fruity esters. In mouth, a nice banana malt with peppery notes, floral and citrus hops, nice.

Very nice. Reminds me of the Brooklyn-Schneiders collaboration. Great hoppy head with light banana and clove. Average carbonation. Cloudy orange pour with good head and lacing. Bitter and light sour finish. Good stuff. On tap at Rhino summer fest.

A dark brown schwarzebier with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with chalky notes, grassy, OK. In mouth, a bitter chocolate with chalky notes, coffee, not bad.

Bottle from batch 1 (9%). Pours with a maple colored body, moderate hazy with a tan head that is quick to fade. Aromas are yeasty with both fruit esters and phenols, spicy buckwheat like notes, cardamom, smells pretty dry compared to the flavor. Flavors are medium sweet and strongly alcoholic. Spicy, rough grain character. Some maple. Very lively carbonation with a somewhat fuller body.

Decent brew. Pours clear dark with some creamy head and lacing. Light aromas of dark chocolate, mocha coffee. Finish is bittersweet, with more of a tendency towards the sweet side. Average carbonation, consistency. Tap at Rhino winterfest.
