This Schwartz poured a deep black colour with a creamy, brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, coffee, Melloids cough drops and molasses. First swig was creamy smooth with roasty flavours of malt, light smoke, molasses and still with the Melloids cough candies. Finish is malty With flavours of over toasted bread and a light smoke. Delicious.

500ml brown bottle from their Taster Pack under Amber Solace. Pours a hazy amber colour with a golden hue in the highlights. Unfiltered with very tiny particles and a head that is frothy, light-beige coloured with big fluffy foam lacing. Fruity malt nose over the caramel base. The hops give out a unique aroma in the end that is kind of spicy and minty. The taste is very fruity-malty with not much of a finish. So, a little dry and not much lingers which makes this one a refreshing amber beer. Nice !

Second brew from their Taster Pack of 6 bottles of 500ml. Pours a hazy amber colour with a light beige head, decent stay and minimal thin creamy topping. A soft, slightly rich nose of caramel malts, light dark fruits and hints of coffee. The taste is mild as well with coffee start, all well-balanced with the caramel, fruitiness and hops in the finish. A tad of bubblegum comes in the aftertaste from the wheat. Not a bad Dunkelweizen.

6-pack Taster Pack for the long weekend. 7% ABV now pouring a hazy golden colour with lots of very tiny particles through it. The head is slightly warm-white, creamy, long lasting and really sticky, staying put with a nice layer over the glass. Belgian Ale yeast smell with some hints of spices over the golden malts. The taste is malty as well with yeast blending things softly and light spices lingering on the tongue. Cloves over banana notes. What I like about this one is that it is not as rich for this style, make it nicely drinkable.
