From 375ml bottle, bought at the Asturias airport, Spain. Pours amber red with no foam. Aroma is quote liquor-like, with notes of ripe fruits, cherries, nuts. Body is dense, with a good astringency and stickiness. Taste is obviously very sweet, with marked recall of rope fruits again, and of cherries in syrup. Finish is very long and sweet.

375 mml bottle tasted on the 02/02/2017. Clear orange to brown colour with no head. Aroma is little spicy and plenty of fruit and sugar. Taste is oak, sugar and apples. Fresh and crisp long finish. Next one please!

Great fruity intense beginning. Concentrated apples, fresh, thick, juicy fruity and not too sweetish. Long deep and fruity thick rich aftertaste. Concentrated great fresh apples, intense ripe, round and fascinating!

Bottle at RBESG 2016 Grand Tasting Part 1, Brew Pub Le Sec. Clear amber with no head. Aroma of massive sweet red apples, caramel and toffee. Flavour is heavy sweet and light sour. Medium bodied with no carbonation. [09-07-2016]

RBESG 2016 in Barcelona, Grand Tasting. Ice cider, 10% ABV. Amber colour, no head nor carbonation. Aroma of almonds and oxidised apples. Intense flavour of concentrated apple juice / cider, sweet. What a treat!

Bottle at RBESG16. Thanks! Clear dark amber with no head. Strong raisins, sweet apple, light pear juice, caramel, sour berries. Very sweet and light sour. Over medium bodied. Really nice.

375mL bottle, pours a clear dark orange with a tiny head. Aroma brings out apple acidity, light funk, toffee, and residual sugar. Flavour is quite acidic and caramely, with caramelized apples, toffee, medium apple acidity, and brown sugar. Quite sweet, but not cloying. Not overly complex for an ice cider, but still quite nice. Not amongst the elite ice ciders.

Bottle at home. Nose is apple skin and sugar. Pours coppery. Tastes of tart apple skin, brown sugar, honey, oak, molasses, and cinnamon. Dry on palate and not at all cloying despite the sugariness of beverage.
