Аромат характерен для яблочного домашнего сока, то есть сами яблоки достаточно выраженны, сладкие, при этом нотки медовые есть, и как будто намеки на грушу. Цвет прозрычный, темно желтый, пены нет. Вкус отличный и богатый на раскратие яблок и их составляющих. Снова как будто домашние яблочки, немного вымачанные, но при этом с сахаром, и даже много, но не приторно. Послевкусие долгое и приятное. В целом просто отлично.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Hazed golden orange. Mild tart apple, sweet toffee. Decent.

Berlin calling! Nice clear reddish color. Nice nose of old leather, overripe red apples, tobacco, wood and calvados. Hints of smoke. Sweet and fruity, apples, leather, dark honey. Very nice.

Clear copper, no head. Aroma of lots and lots of red apple, red grape, sherry, wood, some pear, apple pie, jam. Taste is a sweet red apple bomb, juicy and spicy apple pie, honeyish and woody. Sweet-sour red apple finish with gentle calvados-like alcohol. Medium to full body, oily texture, flat carbonation. What a treat!

Couleur ambre oscillant sur effet de rye whiskey - pas de col.
Arôme est frais classique pour ce genre de cidre - généreux avec un nez sur le sucre caramélisé - pomme d'api avec un nez frais - acerbe frais de verger.
Palais présente un agréable caractère de pomme caramélisée avec ce petite rappel de tarte tatin avec un léger résiduel sucré en fin de bouche tout en ayant qcq pointes acerbes de la pomme.
Ici le tout reste plus léger que sur d'autres cidre de glace - avec 10%, ce dernier se laisse boire et déguster.

Clear dark copper to orange cider, no head. Aroma: wow, funky, sweet, malty, hay, sugary, overripe apples, fruity, oxidized. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: very oxidized, spicy, cinnamon, very very oxidized, fruity, apple sauce, lots and lots of alcohol, sugary. Aftertaste: sweet and sugary, alcohol, apple sauce, super oxidized, ok, but not really great.

Pours a clear, dark gold. Scent is full, applesauce, winter spices. Taste is full, very vibrant, toasty, spices. Not as sweet as most other Ice Ciders, more tartness. lovely !

Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2016) im 2021-10 getrunken. Dieser kupferfarbende Apfelwein macht einfach nur Spaß im Glas. Hier explodieren Aromen von rote, gereifte Winteräpfel mit einer deutlichen Süsse am Gaumen. Der Körper ist wunderbar kräftig das die Aromen sich lange halten. Ein wunderbares, flüssiges Dessert!

Orange to amber pour, big legs. Aroma is apple jam, pear, a hint of petrol reminscent of aged German Rieslings. In the mouth it starts just slightly sweet, then crisp, even tart. Medium-bodied and very long-lasting, with tinges of apple pie. Quite nice.
