2014 bottle received from Taboada several years ago. Many thanks! Aging did not hurt it the least bit. Slightly too alcoholic with solventy hints for my liking, but overall centered on very rich and intense apple character. Lots of sweetness, but well balanced with a bit of sourness and tartness, very delicious complex apple presence. Great one. Very tasty. Sipper, dessert piece.

Bottle, kindly donated by Gurthnar, many thanks. Amber color. Apples, wood, oxidařion, alcohol. Taste, apples, wood, sugar, prines, oxidation, vanilla, Alcohol is well hidden. Tasty.

Bottle, courtesy of SinH4, thanks! Pours clear bright amber. Aroma is mealy red apples, lots of honey, caramel, wood. Body is heavy and strong, dominantly sour. Oily and dense, yet not dense enough to win against the acidity. Pleasant to drink for sure, and rich. Apples and honey again. Good!

Bottle, thanks to Taboada. Finally cracked open on Christmas Day. Pours a clear copper, aroma is rich honey, toffee, stewed apple concentrate. Taste sees smooth rich caramel, stewed apple fruit, quite sticky sweet but refined. Enjoyable for the first sip, but generally far too rich and concentrated to have much more than that.

Thanks a lot to SinH4. Quite dark amber orange. Nose is sweet cooked apple, good walnut oxidation, sugar, caramel. Interesting sour apple note that really grew on me with walnut, candy, orange, sweet apple, tasty & interesting combination, body could be tad thicker.

Bottle, vintage 2015, bottled 2017(siidrimaja ice cider tasting). Pours amber. Aroma is sweet, apples, berries, booze, candy. Flavor is sweet, sour, berries, acidic, sugar, berries. Overall: good, but acidic bite is bit too much for me.

Bottle. Deep golden-copper color with no head. Aroma is very tasty apple concentration, gummy bears, light must and wood, a touch calvados even. Taste is red apple delight, gummy bears, quite some tartness there for balancey a touch walnuts. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Very, very good!

375ml bottle at Alex’s. Pours a slightly hazy golden without head. Sweet and sour apples amazing stuff. Very nice.
