On tap at Valhalla Beer Club, pours a cloudy dark amber with a medium beige head. Aroma has bready malt, some caramel, moderate oxidation, and toasted chestnuts. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready malt, toasted caramel, plenty of oxidation, and some brow sugar. Too much oxidation and not all that well-calibrated. It’s alright.

Xmas rating No 23 25/26.Hazu yellow colour with off white head.Aroma is juicy and fresh with good bitterness and note of pine and grass nice smooth good by style.

A clear deep amber beer with a small beige head. Aroma of dried fruits, caramel, semi strong dark malt. Taste of dried fruits, boozy malt, tobacco, peppery finish.
